load image from buildx instance into local instance for secondary tagging

Currently we push it to the remote via buildx (ok) and then pull it again from that remote, tag it and push tag. instead of the pull we could load it from buildx into the local instance for faster processing.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
